CORE studio has deployed more than 30 ShapeDiver apps across Thornton Tomasetti, including “Asterisk”, which automates member sizing, quantity takeoffs, and embodied-carbon calculations. The firm estimates the return at roughly 7x and considers that a lower bound.

Type Five designs and builds backyard homes with a modular, Grasshopper-based system. Its online configurator lets clients take part in designing their home without any design software, and shortens the path from design to construction.

Vivobarefoot’s VivoBiome program builds footwear lasts from foot-scan data. Grasshopper definitions on ShapeDiver generate the geometry that goes to production.
